Your work stays yours

You retain ownership of your game and assets. This agreement applies once self-service submissions open.

Permission to host and promote

By submitting, you grant Qingkong Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display and promote the submitted demo, including screenshots and short clips used in publicity. This does not transfer ownership or authorize sales of your full game.

Your responsibilities

You must have the rights to publish all code, art, music and assets. The same requirement applies to work made with AI tools. Describe your demo honestly and follow the content policy. External networking is prohibited in the first community release.

Review and removal

We review submissions and updates before listing them. You can unlist your work at any time. We then stop offering the demo and stop using it in new promotions; existing publications and legally necessary private records may remain. Contact us about ownership or review decisions. Future sales or revenue sharing require separate terms.
